Notes

• Local company: based in Patchogue.
• Years not published on its own site.
• License: only claims of being licensed and insured, with installer and product certifications. NO number published. A BBB letter grade is a directory rating, not a license number.
• No valid rating with a count: its site shows a star wording and a 4.9 Google figure, but the 4.9 appears WITHOUT a review count, so under the rule it is not counted. A count of foundations repaired is not a review count.
• No fixed price is published; only a free inspection and free estimates, plus a general orientation that minor crack repairs start at a few hundred dollars and major structural work costs more. That orientation is quoted in the cost guide, not as a fixed price or a system range.
• Foundation-repair firm: waterproofing is one of its services, not its only service.
